Best In Class

Anyone familiar with the human services field knows how difficult and how vital it is to measure the quality of services delivered. Over the years, ECN has continually refined the Best In Class tool that we use to track our success in delivering home care and other facilities services. Our contractors participate in the Best In Class reviews. The results of these reviews are benchmarked throughout the company and these reviews form the basis for continuous quality improvement plans implemented at each facility and home we serve. Best In Class are externally validated annually for further reliability.

The Excellent Choice Nursing Name

Excellent Choice Nursing’s name is based on two words: Excellent and Nursing.  Our clients make the Choice. This is our core philosophy and it is reflected in a strong mission statement and guided by the ECN’s quality way of principles. The mission statement and ECN’s quality way principles serve as the foundation for our services delivery, system, and procedures.
